Free verse poem
Kia ora and welcome back to my blog today I am going to be talking about my free verse poem that we had two days to do. First we had to pick an item to write about then we had to write full sentences about it. Then when it was the next day in writing we had to edit it to make it make sense an then got a teacher to check it. Then when we finished we got to help someone or read a book. My poem was about climate change and how people can help the world. I found it fun and challenging. Fun because I have not done a free verse poem before and also challenging because the teachers said the we had to add metaphors, onomatopoeia and personification and if you want to see my poem here is a link to my poem .
